THE “CHE VUOI” FLOOR PLAN

Nearly every week I go live on TikTok to design a house in real time. It’s called Dory After Dark. I take viewer feedback and we have a blast being creative together. There are only two conditions. The first is that it has to be a predetermined and recognizable shape, and second is that we stay true to it’s shape and orientation (i.e.: the ‘B’ floor plan had two courtyards).

For the past couple of weeks we’ve converted emojies into floor plans, and this week we did the emoji that appears when you type “hand gesture” (not gonna lie, there’s 1 other I would have thought would pop up instead). The Italian call it “che vuoi”, others call it chef’s kiss, or simply pinched fingers. I think the Italians win on this one.
